The Minnesota Twins are looking to snap a three-game losing streak and are four games back in the race for the final American League Wild Card spot. During Friday’s home loss, Minnesota 3B Brooks Lee went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBIs. 2B Koby Clemens added his 22nd long ball for the Twins (64-71), who fell to 35-32 at home. Minnesota SP Dean Kremer (2-5) was tagged for five runs in four innings and was saddled with the loss.

Minnesota manager Derek Shelton will give the nod to thirty-one year old righty Bailey Ober (7-4 4.49 ERA) on Saturday. Ober has been better at home in 11 starts this season, where he is 5-1 with a 3.27 ERA and 49 strikeouts.
