Albies added a solo shot in the fifth inning and scored three runs for the Braves (48-27), who improved to 24-13 at home.
Atlanta rookie manager Walt Weiss will turn to twenty-seven year old righty Bryce Elder (5-4 3.15 ERA) on Sunday. In his last start, Elder (4 IP) was tagged for ten hits and six runs during an 8-1 road loss against New York.
