ONeil Cruz added a 450-foot solo shot for the Pirates (30-28), who moved to 16-15 at home.

Pittsburgh manager Don Kelly will give the nod to thirty year old right-hander Mitch Keller (5-2 3.64 ERA) on Saturday. Last time out, Keller (6 IP) allowed one run and retired five batters by strikes during a 4-1 road victory against Toronto.
