On Tuesday, Brooklyn missed 26 of 32 three-point attempts and shot an ice cold 38 percent overall during a 124-98 road loss against Miami.

Noah Clowney led Brooklyn with 17 points on 4-for-8 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. Ziaire Williams scored 16 points (8-9 FT) in 23 minutes off the bench. Rookie F Danny Wolf added 11 points, five rebounds, and five assists for the Nets.

Heat Preview

The Miami Heat have won 19 of their first 30 home games and are a half-game out of sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Heat (33-29) rank fourth in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 116.7 points per contest. During Tuesday’s home victory, Miami converted 21-of-24 free-throw attempts and shot 49 percent from the field.

Miami F/C Bam Adebayo tallied a game-high 23 points (11-24 FG), nine rebounds, and six steals. Tyler Herro scored 22 points on 8-for-15 from the floor. Jaime Jacquez Jr. added 20 points and five rebounds for the Heat, who led 69-54 at halftime.
