Charlotte F Miles Bridges matched a game-high with 29 points on 7-for-18 shooting and dished out six assists. Rookie G Kon Knueppel knocked down 4-for-9 from long range and finished with 24 points. Moussa Diabate added 17 points and 12 rebounds off the bench for the Hornets.

Pelicans Preview

The New Orleans Pelicans are playing without injured G Dejounte Murray until January and are one of two winless teams in the NBA. The Pelicans (0-6) rank second worst in the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering 125.8 points per game. On Sunday, New Orleans trailed by 17 points after one quarter and allowed Oklahoma City to shoot 56 percent from the field during a 137-106 road loss.

All-Star F Zion Williamson led five New Orleans players in double figures with 20 points, nine rebounds, and six assists. Trey Murphy III nailed half of his ten three-point attempts and finished with 19 points. Jeremiah Fears added 16 points and four assists for the Pelicans.
