On Friday, Dallas shot 41 percent from the field and was outscored by 15 points during the second half of a 120-100 road loss against Boston.

Klay Thompson nailed 5-for-11 from long distance and led five Dallas players in double figures with 19 points. Flagg scored 16 points on an inefficient 7-for-23 from the floor and pulled down eight boards. Naji Marshall added 13 points and three assists for the Mavericks, who fell to 7-23 on the road.

The Toronto Raptors have split their 32 home games and are a game ahead of Philadelphia for fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Raptors (35-27) rank ninth in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 112 points per contest. On Thursday, Toronto was outscored by 13 points during the third quarter of a 115-107 road loss against Minnesota.

Toronto G/F R.J. Barrett led all scorers with 25 points on 9-for-14 shooting and grabbed six rebounds. Immanuel Quickley scored 18 points on 6-for-10 shooting and dished out seven assists. All-Star F Scottie Barnes added 16 points (7-12 FG) for the Raptors, who allowed the Timberwolves to shoot 52 percent from the field.
