On Thursday, Denver allowed New York to shoot a sizzling 58 percent from the field during an ugly 142-103 home loss.

Three-time MVP Nikola Jokic poured in a game-high 38 points (14-21 FG) to go along with eight rebounds and five assists. Jamal Murray scored 12 points (5-10 FG) in 18 minutes of action and was forced to exit with a sprained left ankle. Cameron Johnson added ten points and five assists for the Nuggets.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are riding a five-game winning streak and are three games clear of San Antonio for the top spot in the Western Conference. The Thunder (50-15) lead the league in defensive efficiency and are limiting opponents to 107.6 points per contest. On Saturday, Oklahoma City held Golden State to 14 points over the final 12 minutes to secure a 104-97 home victory.

MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tallied a game-high 27 points (14-15 FT), five rebounds, and five assists. Isaiah Joe scored 18 points on 5-for-12 shooting and pulled down four boards. Kenrich Williams added 13 points and seven rebounds off the bench for the Thunder, who improved to 26-6 at home.
