Last night, LA missed 22 of 29 from long range and shot 41 percent overall during a 102-95 road loss against Houston.

All-Star F Kawhi Leonard led LA with 24 points on 7-for-19 shooting and grabbed eight rebounds. John Collins scored 17 points on 8-for-14 from the floor and pulled down eight boards. Benedict Mathurin added nine points and seven rebounds off the bench for the Clippers.

Rockets Preview

The Houston Rockets have won 18 of their first 24 home games and are tied with Denver for third place in the Western Conference standings. The Rockets (33-19) rank fifth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 110 points per contest. During Tuesday’s home victory, Houston knocked down half of their 28 three-point attempts and shot 46 percent overall.

All-Star F Kevin Durant tallied a game-high 26 points (8-22 FG), six rebounds, and three steals. All-Star C Alperen Sengun contributed 22 points (9-14 FG), seven rebounds, and five assists. Amen Thompson added 16 points and six boards for the Rockets.
