On Friday, Boston missed 24 of 37 three-point attempts and trailed by as many as 16 points during a 123-110 road loss against Orlando.

All-Star G Jaylen Brown led all scorers with 32 points on 15-for-28 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds. Boston G Payton Pritchard nailed 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and finished with 27 points. Derrick White added 16 points and ten assists for the Celtics, who fell to 2-3 on the road.

The Orlando Magic have split their first four home games and are looking to win their first playoff series since 2010. The Magic (4-5) rank ninth in the league in defensive efficiency and are limiting the opposition to 116.8 points per contest. During Friday’s home victory, Orlando raced out to a 13-point lead after one quarter and knocked down 17-for-36 from long distance.

Franz Wagner led seven Orlando players in double figures with 27 points (9-18 FG), six rebounds, and six assists. Desmond Bane contributed 22 points, seven assists, and six rebounds. All-Star F Paolo Banchero added 15 points and nine boards for the Magic, who shot 50 percent from the field.
