Last night, Utah trailed by 14 points after one quarter and never could recover during a 126-103 road loss against Charlotte.

Utah F Lauri Markkanen matched a game-high with 29 points on 12-for-28 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. Keyontae George added 25 points (8-18 FG) and seven assists for the Jazz, who missed 25 of 32 three-point attempts.

Celtics Preview

The Boston Celtics will not have All-Star F Jayson Tatum (Achilles) available this season and restructured their roster to contend next year. The Celtics (3-4) still rank fourth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 110.3 points per contest. On Saturday, Boston trailed by 13 points after one quarter and never recovered during an ugly 128-101 home loss versus Houston.

Baylor Scheierman led five Boston players in double figures with 17 points and five boards in 23 minutes off the bench. Payton Pritchard scored 14 points on 5-for-10 shooting and dished out four assists. All-Star G Jaylen Brown added 12 points and five assists for the Celtics, who missed 30 of 44 three-point attempts.
