Tennessee has struggled to generate consistent offense through three weeks. Quarterback Cam Ward has thrown for 506 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, but effectiveness has been an issue as the Titans have failed to reach 21 points in any game. Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair has anchored the unit with 25 tackles, giving Houston the edge on that side of the ball.

Oddsmakers are leaning heavily toward Houston, and the matchup supports that position. Tennessee has been outscored 94-51 through three games, while the Texans have at least kept contests within one possession against stronger opponents. With Stroud pushing the ball downfield and the defense generating pressure, Houston looks better suited to control this game at home. Unless Pollard finds space early and Tennessee’s passing game improves dramatically, the Titans could fall into another double-digit hole.
